Twill Dutch Weave Wire Net


Twill dutch weave is a kind of weaving type similar to plain dutch weave, but woven in the twill style. Because the adjacent two shuttle wires are in tight contact with each other on both sides, the density of mesh is two times that of the plain dutch weave type. This type of woven method provides the tightest and strongest wire mesh for separating purpose. Some times in the case of twilled dutch weave, the mesh count is represented by the number of shuttle wires in a lineal inch. Twill Dutch Weave mesh is considered to be the mesh with the smallest openings  of all types of wire mesh.
